The fit score is broken down by the requirements of the vacancy and their weights. Scoring is used for ranking and preliminary selection.
The recruiter’s work
The hiring funnel is combined with automated communication and the communication history. Accumulated information is retained and can be used when the candidate is considered for later vacancies.
