Planning logic
The system forecasts sales taking season, weather and the calendar into account. From the forecast and accounting data it calculates prep volumes and the supplier order.
Ingredient consumption is reconciled against sales and recipe cards. Discrepancies and write-offs are shown per location.
The assistant in the workflow
We built an assistant integrated with the back-office system. It supports voice input and data entry from a photograph of a delivery note, as well as goods acceptance with photographic evidence of discrepancies.
Planning, supply management and control of actual consumption are joined in one system that reflects how venues, production and suppliers interact.
