A suite for real-time dialogue with digital avatars, natural Russian speech, and online video translation with lip synchronization. Interactive screens let visitors continue the conversation on their phone.
The task
Build a set of solutions for natural voice interaction, video translation and real-time dialogue with digital characters.
Voice and video
Video translation and voice-over preserve the character of the original voice and keep lip movements in sync. Work with natural Russian speech is combined with video generation, facial expression and the avatar’s emotional delivery.
Interactive screens
Software for panels and kiosks supports voice dialogue and button control. A conversation can be continued on the visitor’s phone.
When no one is present, the screen shows the owner’s material and switches to dialogue as soon as a visitor appears. Private answers are sent to the visitor’s phone using a code shown on screen.
Managing a network of screens
Characters, knowledge, scenarios and schedules are configured remotely for individual locations and groups of screens. The system collects statistics on questions asked, answers that could not be produced, and visitor actions.
