New-Build Catalog for Real Estate Agencies
The system unifies developer feeds from different regions into a single catalog of buildings and floor plans. It normalizes data to a common structure, refreshes listings, and serves them under the agency's brand.
The task
Combine developers’ offerings from several regions and present them in an up-to-date catalog under the agency’s own brand.
Data integration
We built adapters that bring different developer feeds to a common structure. The system consolidates residential complexes, buildings, apartments, floor plans, prices and completion dates.
Data is refreshed daily and served from a single storefront.
Working with the catalog
The interface includes filters, a map with clustering and cards for each residential complex. The user moves from searching by area and parameters to floor plans and specific offers.
The live storefront presents more than 57,000 apartments across 390 residential complexes.
