The task
Automate the work of a testing laboratory from the client’s order to the final report and document issuance. Bring together test data, calculations, templates and the laboratory’s own knowledge.
The workflow
The system moves an order through its stages: sample intake, testing, calculation, sign-off and issuance. Staff work with the order data and its current state in a shared environment.
AI is used when drafting reports. Document preparation draws on templates, reference data and the laboratory’s knowledge base.
Document generation
We developed forms for complex content — tables, formulas and images — and a server-side service that assembles the final documents. Form data is turned into a document with the required structure and formatting.
The laboratory uses the system in its daily work.
