The task
Combine the preparation of a foreign supplier for Kazakhstan procurement with software support for the steps involved — from registration on a platform to bid submission.
Subject matter
The project covers the electronic signature, registration, platform fees, bid security and the related calculations. The tax terms of a contract and their effect on the economics of participation are addressed separately.
Preparation workflows reflect the differences between platforms and procurement categories, as well as the requirements for foreign suppliers and for local content.
The software system
A working environment with stages, deadlines, documents and completion statuses is being designed. Requirements are linked to sources, and completed actions to supporting materials.
The system brings advisory work and document preparation together, showing open questions and the next actions needed to take part in a tender.
Status
At the design stage. Preparation workflows, the set of documents and the options for integration with the platforms are being refined.
