The system selects pumps by duty point using manufacturer catalogs, builds control panel diagrams, and auto-generates technical and commercial proposals.
The task
Automate the engineering selection of pumping equipment and connect it with configuration and the preparation of a technical and commercial proposal.
Engineering logic
The system selects pumps for a given duty point using performance data from manufacturer catalogs. An interactive flow-versus-head chart allows suitable models to be compared.
Control panel diagrams, determined by the model code, are part of the selection. The engineering side and the contents of the proposal work from shared data.
Preparing the proposal
We developed server-side generation of an editable document. The equipment list, specifications and prices come directly from the selection data.
Both an internal tool for staff and a simplified public version for external clients are available.
