Access Control Integration with Record-Keeping Systems
Delivery of entry and exit events from terminals into the client's system. A local queue for connection outages, redelivery without duplicates, and conversion of the data into the receiving system's format.
The task
Connect installed access control equipment with the client’s record-keeping system. Ensure that entry and exit events are captured and delivered even when the connection is unstable.
Working with terminals
The adapter receives entry and exit events through the interface of a selected terminal family. The records are converted into the format of the receiving system.
The integration works with existing entry and exit events in read-only mode. Images and biometric samples are not stored in the adapter.
Reliable delivery
If the connection is lost, events are held in a local queue. Delivery resumes once the connection is restored, and deduplication prevents duplicate records.
An audit log and access controls are provided.
Status
In development. The first version targets a single terminal family, delivering events into the client’s record-keeping system.
